From 7th-8th September 2018, researchers from the Research Institute for Tropical Fruit signed a MoU with GGF for future collaboration in the field of research and development of tropical fruit.

Head of the institute, Dr Ellina Mansyah highlighted how GGF’s sustainable development goals can be further supported by implementing new farming techniques to increase the yield from its current crops.

Furthermore, the collaboration would extend to aiding farmers who are already cooperating with GGF to grow Papaya Guavas and Bananas.
