PT Great Giant Pineapple Wins 1st Place in 2022 Bipartite Cooperation Institution (LKS) Award

Lampung, 22 February 2023PT Great Giant Pineapple (PT GGP) has been awarded 1st place in the 2022 Bipartite Cooperation Institution (LKS) Award at the Lampung Province level. The recognition was based on the Decree of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 123 of 2022.

The award charter, signed by Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziah, was officially handed over by Head of Lampung Province Manpower Office, Agus Nompitu, to PT GGP, represented by Movery Ferestian, People Partner Prot & Plant Based Department Head, during a ceremony at PT GGP Putri Camp Hall. The event was also attended by Indra Ardiyanto (Corporate Communication PT GGP), Gregorius Aris Cjahja Kristiawan (Internal CRD), Riana Rachman (Secretary General of P2K3 PT GGP), and Ishak Hendra Purnama (Head of PUK SPSI GGF).

In his remarks, Agus Nompitu praised PT GGP for its ability to foster a conducive and harmonious industrial relations climate, marked by strong communication between management and employees.

“Apart from presenting this award, we also directly observed conditions at PT GGP. Our hope is that the company continues to uphold workforce welfare standards and maintain a positive work environment,” said Agus.

He further encouraged PT GGP to maintain its reputation as a global company, whose products not only meet domestic needs but are also exported to nearly 60 countries worldwide. Agus also emphasized the importance of prioritizing occupational health, safety, and social security for employees, including insurance for work accidents, death, old-age, and retirement benefits.

Representing the company, Movery Ferestian expressed gratitude to all stakeholders involved.

“Thank you to management, employees, and unions who have collectively contributed to PT GGP’s achievement as 1st place winner of the 2022 LKS Bipartite Award. This recognition is a mandate for us to continuously maintain and strengthen the harmonious industrial relations that have been built,” he said.

He concluded by reaffirming PT GGP’s commitment:
