Terbanggi Besar, Central Lampung (12 January 2024) – PT Great Giant Pineapple (PT GGP) Pratama Inpatient Clinic has officially earned plenary accreditation from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenkes RI), recognizing it as a health facility that has met the highest accreditation standards. The accreditation is valid for five years, from 14 December 2023 to 14 December 2028.
Head of PT GGP Pratama Inpatient Clinic, Drg. Fitriah, expressed her gratitude for this achievement and highlighted the strong collaboration within the clinic team, as well as continuous support from the management of Great Giant Foods (GGF).
“Alhamdulillah, PT GGP Pratama Inpatient Clinic has been accredited with the highest rating, plenary. This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication of our team and the support from GGF’s management,” she said.
Commitment to Service Excellence
The accreditation process was carried out under Minister of Health Regulation No. 34 of 2022 by the Primary Health Accreditation Committee (KAKP). Accreditation ensures that clinics and health centers across Indonesia meet standardized quality and service benchmarks.
PT GGP Pratama Inpatient Clinic underwent an extensive survey on 13–14 December 2023, during which the team addressed all findings and implemented improvements to meet the required standards.
“This accreditation means that our clinic has been officially recognized by an external institution appointed by the government for meeting national health service standards,” added Drg. Fitriah.
With standardized service flows—from patient registration, medical records, to medication distribution—the clinic ensures clear, transparent, and non-discriminatory healthcare services for all patients.
Expanding Health Services
The clinic currently provides services including general practice, dental care, maternal and child health, 24-hour emergency care, laboratory services, and inpatient facilities. It also supports BPJS Health Insurance programs while continuing to serve general patients.
Looking ahead, the clinic plans to enhance its facilities by introducing additional services such as dental nerve treatment (endodontics) and circumcision services.
“We are committed to continuously improving service quality and expanding facilities to better meet patient needs. Our mission is to provide the highest standard of healthcare for both employees and the surrounding community,” said Drg. Fitriah.
Maintaining Standards Post-Accreditation
Following the plenary accreditation, the clinic will undergo six months of monitoring to ensure consistency in maintaining quality standards. Any findings during this period will be evaluated for further improvement.
With this recognition, PT GGP Pratama Inpatient Clinic reaffirms its commitment to delivering reliable, accessible, and high-quality health services in line with its vision and mission.
