Great Giant Food (GGF) Lampung, held several competitions and competitions to celebrate the 77th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia with the theme ‘Recovering Faster, Rising Stronger’.

Matches and competitions have been held towards August 17, 2022, on August 10 – 12, 2022 in various sports & activity friendly locations such as the Kopkar Dwi Karya Multipurpose Building, Central Basketball Court, and Camp Bima Pool.

“In addition to enlivening the Republic of Indonesia’s Independence Day, this competition and competition was also initiated as a forum for friendship and maintaining harmonious relations between employees at GGF Lampung,” said the Chairperson of the Committee for the 77th Indonesian Anniversary Celebration at GGF, Adzani Wardhana.

On the first day, Wednesday (10/8/2022), various competitions were held such as badminton, futsal, basketball, soccer, karaoke, and fishing competitions which were participated by all departments and business units under GGF.

“Later on the 17th, there will be a flag ceremony, folk party and art performance by presenting guest star Roy Jeconiah, the vocalist of the Boomerang Band, and the Spectrum Band, and the Happiness Band which will be held at the GGF Central Square “, Adzani Wardhana.
In the badminton competition, the research and PPIC group contingents won the first place and Factory won the second place. In the futsal branch, Fresh Pine Group was crowned the champion after overthrowing the general futsal team in the final match. Meanwhile, for the basketball competition, Factory won the first place and the second place was occupied by the general team.

While in the karaoke competition, Agnes won the first place from Plantation Group 2, the second place went to Compost Plant on behalf of Apriski, the three Adels also represented Compost Plant, and the hopeful winner was won by Yanuardi from PT GGL. For the fishing competition, Fresh Pine Group managed to become the champion, followed by General.
