GGF Quality Month 2025 (BMG) activities in the Great Giant Foods (GGF) Lampung business unit environment, including PT Great Giant Pineapple (GGP), PT Umas Jaya Agrotama (UJA), PT Bromelain Enzhyme (BE), and PT Great Giant Livestock (GGL).
BMG activities are part of an effort to increase productivity through innovation activities and creative ideas from workers. The BMG agenda started on 10 For approximately 10 days, convention activities and judging agendas for the Creative Suggestion Contribution (SSK), Small Group Activities (AKK), Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and Six Sigma conventions were held.
The official event was closed with a GGF Quality Month seminar with the theme Reimagine Integrity, Reinvent Voice, revive Change, with resource person Heri Purnomo from Learntera Indonesia, Brain Based Teaching, which was held at the GGF Training Center Building, Thursday, (20/2/2025).
The closing ceremony was attended by Compliance Director GSK Djonny Koesoemahardjono, Compleance Jr. Manager GSK Lana, Director of HRGA Rina Faqih, Head of Processed Pine Plantation Directorate Imanudin, HRBP Area 2 Division Head Edhy Rumekso, Sn. Manager EPG1 Aldino, Sn. EPG2 Joko Susilo, Sn. Manager EPG3 Sugeng Heru, Compost Department Head Remy, and Senior Manager Banana Aris Wahyudi.
In her speech, Rina Faqih highlighted the importance of the role of workers in contributing creative ideas to support the implementation and achievement of company goals. This shows that the presence of workers at the BMG event has an awareness of participating for this company to be more advanced.
There are several things I want to convey regarding Reimagine integrity, Reivent Voice, and Revive Chance. These are good words, no matter how good the words are if they are only remembered but not acted upon then they are useless, just beautiful words.
Rina Faqih hopes that the innovation and suggestion activities obtained from the Quality Month activities can enrich knowledge and help workers in increasing productivity in their respective departments.
“Although Quality Month has ended, these innovation and improvement activities must continue and be implemented on various other occasions. This is important so that the main objective of Quality Month, which is to improve quality and productivity, can be achieved optimally,” she said.
The Quality Month activities have succeeded in attracting the attention of many business units, becoming a place to share knowledge and experience for workers, especially those under the auspices of Gunung Sewu Kencana (GSK). This Quality Month displays various innovations and creative methods of making improvements and becomes a platform for workers to exchange ideas and get new inspiration to carry out sustainable innovation.
“GGF must be careful because as the initiator of quality culture, it is starting to be displaced. From several quality activity competitions, other business units have been able to occupy first place, even though the teacher is from Lampung,” said Rina Faqih further.
What does it mean? We must not be complacent with what has been achieved. Opportunities to learn must continue to be improved. If not, it will be taken over by those who continue to consistently want to learn, he said.
With the closing of BMG 2025, it is hoped that the spirit of Quality Month will continue to have a positive impact on business units under the Great Giant Foods banner. The positive impact given to the company will return to the 23 thousand workers and their families.
