The activity continued with discussions with commissioners and directors as well as GGF leaders. The Townhall Meeting is a communication and information channel for directors and company management with all GGF leaders which aims to strengthen understanding of business strategy in 2024, as well as being a motivation to increase adaptability, as well as develop quickly and agilely to achieve company targets.
On this occasion, Mr. Tommy Wattimena delivered a brief evaluation of the previous year’s performance, as well as detailing the direction of the 2024 work plan, and emphasized the main objectives of this activity. Furthermore, Mr. Setiawan Ahmad added that the Town Hall Meeting was a forum to ensure that the 2024 work program plan could achieve optimal progress, run smoothly, and be able to overcome all challenges and obstacles that might arise in the future.
Optimism and enthusiasm to improve performance is reflected in the Board of Directors’ hope that the company can maintain smooth operations and find the best solutions to face any challenges that may arise. Thus, it is hoped that success in carrying out the 2024 work plan can become a reality.
“The hope is that the company can continue to improve its performance, maintain smooth operations, and find the best solutions to overcome every challenge it faces,” said Mr. Setiawan Achmad.
He further emphasized that achievements cannot be proud of if they cannot be continuous. I respectfully ask friends to share or provide knowledge with young people. We must provide them with knowledge so they can prepare for the ever-growing digital developments.
Combine technology and knowledge, if these are put together we can feel how to take advantage of the opportunities of increasingly rapid developments. Running a business requires thinking critically about everything because this has enormous potential and is the basis for a better future.
Last year in terms of total rain and Elnino was not bad, production was in line with estimates. Things that must be anticipated are related to the long dry season until July. This year’s challenges will be bigger and the challenge lies in Human Resources itself, to always learn in every challenge.
“In developing its business, GGP is taking advantage of the success of the pineapple production industry. “The potential from various other fields can become valuable additional resources. With commitment and creativity, GGP can face these challenges with confidence and optimism,” said Mr. Setiawan Achmad.
