Head of Processed Pine Plantation Directorate Appreciates Best Performance 2021

Head of Processed Pine Plantation Directorate Imanudin expressed his appreciation and gave awards as an effort to improve performance in plantation management, both in terms of productivity, cost and quality. It certainly sees the changes achieved from previous years as a barometer.

The award is given to increase commitment to optimally manage plantations and to achieve better achievements or achievements than before. “The appreciation is given with the aim of building a competitive atmosphere as well as encouraging professionalism in making achievements and productive performances,” said Imanudin.

The Best Performance award consists of 5 assessment categories, namely Performance Manager and Head of Operations, Performance Cost, Yield Performance, Plantation Performance, and Best Personal Performance. Through 30 contested criteria, Plantation Group 2 (PG 2) won 16 winners in the assessment category. The winner on the criteria for Performance Manager and Head of Operations Section with the assessment category of Land, Road, and Drainage Preparation Sub-Dept Head was won by Head of Land Prep Section Argo Prayogo.

The category for the best Plant Maintenance Sub-Dept Head assessment was achieved by the Head of the PM Suwadi Division, the best System Data and Information Sub-Dept Head assessment category was won by the SDI Division Head Winanto, and the Best Field Establishment Dept Head assessment category was won by the FE Manager M. Fachrudin. In the Performance Cost criteria or Lowest Cost of Land Ex Pineapple with Medium Sucker Seeds achieved by the Regional Head of 08 Mislan and the category of Lowest Achieving Cost of Ex Pineapple Land with Small Sucker Seeds was achieved by Kawil 07 Timotius Tarmin.

The Performance Yield for the category of Highest Yield Achievement on Ex Pineapple Land with Sucker Seeds was won by Regional Head 05 Gunarto, the category of Highest Yield Achievement on Ex Pineapple Land with Crown Seeds was won by Kawil 08 Mislan, the category of Highest Yield Achievement on Ex Cassava Land with Sucker Seeds was won by the Head of Region 05 Gunarto, and the category of Highest Yield Achievement on Ex Cassava Land with Nursery Seeds was won by Kawil 08 Mislan.

The Plantation Performance Criteria for the Regional Yield Progress Achievement category, Regional Work in Process Achievement category, and Regional COPQ Achievement category were achieved by the Head of Region 06 Amir Mahmud. The Best Performance category for the PG Yield Progress Achievement category was won by Sn. PG 2 Manager Joko Susilo, and the PG COPQ Achievement category were also achieved by Plantation Group 2 Manager Joko Susilo, while the best Regional Head category was won by Regional Head 06 Amir Mahmud.

Especially for PG2, 2021 is a phenomenal year of achieving plantation productivity performance, especially FC yield. This can be seen from the jump in FC’s yield performance from the previous year which reached 19.76% growth from the last 10 years, where previously PG2 was always ranked at the bottom. “Seeing that the targets given by management are very dynamic, of course we must be ready to adjust to these conditions. But we are optimistic to be able to achieve the targets set by the company,” concluded Sn. PG2 Manager Joko Susilo.
