The Sicilian pistachio variant was chosen for its exceptional quality, grown on the slopes of Mount Etna and recognized as one of the most premium and finest pistachios in the world.

Stephanie Gondokusumo, CEO of Consumer Branded Business GGF, stated that the launch of Gelato Yogurt is part of GGF’s commitment to addressing Indonesian consumers’ growing preference for a healthy lifestyle while seeking the highest quality products.

Gabriele Castagnetti, Head of Research and Development at GGF, explained that the fusion of gelato and yogurt flavors is the first of its kind in Indonesia. “I have observed global dessert trends, where pistachio is highly favored. However, high-quality pistachios are rare and difficult to source. That is why I explored various regions in Italy until I found the very best from Sicily,” Gabriele shared.
