Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) is one of the Main Line Operators (MLO) in Indonesia, headquartered in Switzerland, which is the largest shipping line service. Usually PT Great Giant Pineapple (GGP) uses it to export canned pineapple products and Pineapple Juice Concentrate (PJC).

While at the company, MSC Managing Director Dhany Novianto and Owner Representative Jeremy Franc and the team were accompanied by PT GGP Sales & Marketing Managing Director Josep Lay, Great Giant Foods (GGF) Managing Director Wayan Ardana, Head of Processed Pine Plantation Directorate Imanudin, and Technical Advisor For Plantation and R&D Fauzan, Div. Head of Quality Assurance Ketut Isatriyanto, Factory Div. Head Halim Sunarto Jaya, Traffic Manager Maria Imawati.

Dhany Novianto said that his visit with the MSC staff was to see a complete picture of PT GGP’s business activities. He hopes that in the future a better and sustainable cooperation will be established. “Hopefully in the future there will be continuous cooperation, especially to support export activities for GGP products,” said Dhany.

On that occasion, PT GGP invited the MSC Team to see firsthand the pineapple fruit harvesting process, the pineapple canning process in the cannery to loading into containers at the loading dock, PT Great Giant Livestock, PT Bromelain Enzyme, and the fruit research location.

On behalf of MSC, Dhany Novianto would like to thank the management of PT GGP for welcoming and allowing them to see the production process directly at several points of the existing business units. “PT GGP is a big company, of course MSC will seriously support it, especially those related to its export activities,” closed Dhany.
