PT Great Giant Pineapple Inpatient Primary Clinic Successfully Achieved Plenary Accreditation

PT Great Giant Pineapple (PT GGP) Pratama Inpatient Clinic, Terbanggi Besar, Central Lampung, succeeded in achieving complete accreditation from the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) as a health facility that has met accreditation standards.

Mrs. Drg. Fitriah, as Head of the PT GGP Primary Inpatient Clinic, expressed her gratitude for the recognition of the PT GGP Clinic as a health facility that meets accreditation standards and was declared to have passed with plenary marks. This plenary accreditation is valid from 14 December 2023 to 14 December 2028.

“PT GGP Pratama Inpatient Clinic, thank God, has been accredited with the best assessment, namely plenary. “Of course, all this would not have been achieved without good cooperation within the clinic team, as well as support from the management of Great Giant Foods (GGF), who have provided support to the PT GGP Pratama Inpatient Clinic team until they succeeded in achieving a complete accreditation score,” he said happily, Friday. at (12/1).

Not only that, he also hopes that in the future the GGF Pratama Inpatient Clinic will have more complete health facilities and medical equipment. In terms of facilities, health equipment and human resources have met the required standards. Maybe additional services beyond basic medical services such as in dental clinics could be added, such as dental nerve treatment because there are no tools for this.

“In the future, if there is a nerve treatment tool (endodontist), patients who don’t want to have their teeth filled will automatically have to have their teeth removed while treatment can still be done,” he said.
He further said that it is not a matter of competence here, but if there were, it would be better if it could be done because if they are referred to the hospital, the patient will also complain that they feel sorry because the queue is quite long.

Clinic accreditation is based on Minister of Health Regulation No.34 of 2022 carried out by the Primary Health Accreditation Committee (KAKP). Clinical accreditation is mandatory and all clinics and health centers must be standardized on their quality and services.

PT GGP’s Pratama Inpatient Clinic responded positively and is committed to preparing and improving based on the findings of the surveyor team until the accreditation survey process is carried out on 13-14 December 2023.

“We fulfill our commitment, whatever is found during the guidance carried out by the accreditation institution to achieve health service quality standards until a certificate is issued. “This means that we have received recognition from an external institution appointed by the government that the PT GGP Pratama Inpatient Clinic deserves to receive a plenary title for health service standards,” said Fitriah.

By standardizing the service flow, it is clearer. Starting from the patient arriving until receiving the medicine. The flow of people, the flow of medical records is clear and there is no discrimination. And this is an important point in quality standards, so anyone and anytime can be served well, he said.

After being declared plenary, there will be monitoring for 6 months to see whether it remains consistent with the granting of this certificate. If there are discoveries, of course they will be re-evaluated. PT GGP’s Pratama Inpatient Clinic has rooms available for general clinics, dental health service clinics, maternal and child health clinics, the ER is open 24 hours and laboratory support for inpatient operations can be carried out.

“Health insurance program services comply with BPJS service standards. General patients are also still served even though this clinic is located within the Company. The PT GGP Pratama Inpatient Clinic is the first level health facility so it can also be chosen by the BPJS holder community. “And the PT GGP Clinic is also preparing circumcision services, hopefully this year it can be realized,” explained Fitriah.

“In the future, we will remain committed to maintaining service quality to provide the best standard of health services to patients in accordance with the vision and mission of the PT GGP Pratama Inpatient Clinic,” he concluded.
