Sunpride Partners with Pepito to Promote Local Fruit Consumption in Bali

Denpasar, 4 August 2023Sunpride, Indonesia’s leading local fresh fruit brand, has officially partnered with Pepito, a well-known retailer in Bali, to encourage higher local fruit consumption among residents and tourists. This collaboration emphasizes fruit literacy, aiming to educate the public on the health benefits of fresh fruit.

The initiative also supports the President of the Republic of Indonesia’s call to increase local fruit consumption in the domestic market.

Yulius Irwanto, Deputy Managing Director of PT Sentral Retailindo Dewata (Pepito), stated:

“In line with President Joko Widodo’s direction, we are committed to increasing the consumption of local fruits, which have nutritional value equal to imported fruits. Pepito supports this initiative by providing a wide variety of Indonesian fruits, each with its own uniqueness.”

As part of this partnership, Sunpride enhances the fruit shopping experience by introducing Sunpride-in-Range, a dedicated display showcasing its diverse products. This initiative aligns with Sunpride’s circular economy model and features innovative offerings such as:
