Great Giant Foods ( GGF) through one of its products in the form of fresh fruits with the Sunpride brand is back at the Peak of the Event and Closing of the 7th Indonesian Fruits Festival which will be held on Saturday, October 8 2022 in Jakarta.

The purpose of this event is to continue to encourage increased consumption of Indonesian fruit, which was initiated by the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia together with stakeholders by holding the Nusantara Fruit Festival (GBN).

This annual event has the theme “Consumption of Archipelago Fruits for Healthy Indonesia.

“Through this theme, the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs is trying to continue campaigning and socializing to increase consumption of Indonesian fruit towards a society that lives a healthy life.

Every year, there is hope to be able to instill a love of fruit in children, encourage an increase in archipelago fruit agribusiness, increase the income of fruit farmers, and make archipelago fruit a major player in the country, and increase local fruit exports.

“We hope that the 7th GBN can be a momentum for the awakening of the fruits of the archipelago to triumph at home and be competitive abroad at competitive prices,” said Deputy for Coordinating Food and Agribusiness of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs Musdhalifah Machmud, representing the Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto .

“In addition, GBN can be a venue for promotion and outreach widely throughout Indonesia, so as to increase public awareness to love and consume Indonesian fruit,” he continued.
